🌯 Crispy Alaska Sole Wraps🌯

Look for wild Alaska sole, aka flounder, in the frozen section of your grocery store for a perfect quick meal! 🐟

🥑 What you’ll need:

2 Alaska sole fillets
Flour
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp crème fraîche
1 carrot, grated
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
Lettuce leaves, shredded
Grated cheese
2 wraps
Salt & pepper

🍳 Steps: 1️⃣ Season, coat, and fry the Alaska sole fillets until golden brown. Cut into strips. 2️⃣ Prep your fresh veggies—carrots, avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes. 3️⃣ Warm your wraps, spread crème fraîche, and load them up with fish and veggies. 4️⃣ Sprinkle with cheese, wrap them up, and enjoy!

And you can substitute Greek yogurt for crème fraîche for a lighter option with a similar creamy texture or try sour cream if you want a tangier flavor. Both will work great in these wraps! (or maybe whipped cottage cheese?)
