
Maya Wilson is the author of The Alaska from Scratch Cookbook (Penguin Random House 2018) and co-author of Forty Years of Fish with Alaska Seafood. She is currently a Food Fanatic Chef for US Foods, Anchorage, consulting with restaurants and food service operators all over the state of Alaska. She is a former food columnist for Alaska’s largest newspaper and has served as a Judge for the James Beard Awards. In addition to being a chef, she is a food photographer, food stylist, and social media specialist. When not working, she’s enjoying Alaska with her wife, three kids, and two dogs.
