SEU Chef Training Seminars

ASMI SEU will organize chef training seminars and support local distributors that organize chef demonstrations of Alaska seafood products with their customers. ASMI will typically pay for Alaska products used for the demonstrations and tastings, and will sometimes participate in the cost of the chef and/or restaurant space. Products promoted will be: Alaska salmon, cod, pollock, black cod, king & snow crab, and roe products
