ASMI Japan: Cooking class with US Rice Council

ASMI Japan will host a cooking class in collaboration with US Rice Council. The lecturer will be cooking specialist Keita Inoue, who is very familiar with Alaska seafood. Keita has developed many Alaska seafood recipes, including Alaska seafood burgers.  ASMI Japan and US Rice Council will develop “easy-to-prepare” recipes using Alaska sockeye salmon, Pacific cod, yellow-fin sole and salmon roe. Keita will present 3 demos on June 20th. ASMI Japan will support providing Alaska seafood samples, as well as recipes, brochures/leaflets about Alaska seafood
