ASMI Japan is planning to conduct a tie-up promotion with Sogo-Seibu Department store in Fukui City to promote Alaska seafood. This is a mixed activity combining professional cooking demonstrations on September 16, and demonstrator promotions 5-days long. The cooking demonstrations by Chef Ryuta Kijima will be held as follows:
September 16 11:00 to 12:00 – Cooking demonstrations pairing Alaska Seafood with Japanese Sake at the liquor section
September 16 13:00 to 14:00 – Cooking demonstrations at the seafood section
Chef Kijima plans to use sockeye salmon and Alaska Pollock roe for the recipe demonstrations. Special recipes will be developed for the fair and delivered as recipe cards. In addition, sales demonstrators will be selling/promoting Alaska seafood at the seafood section for 7 days, from September 14 – 20.
