ASMI China hosts chef competition

ASMI China will host an Alaska seafood chef competition in Guangzhou on April 22, 2017, in collaboration with Guangdong Province Catering Technician Association. Around 60 chefs from local high-end hotels and restaurants will be chosen to participate in the chef competition. Each chef is requested to develop two recipes featuring premium Alaskan yellowfin sole and cod. A panel of five judges will score the chefs. The winners will be crowned 1st prize, 2nd prize, and 3rd third prize, with ten outstanding winners receiving a cash bonus. All the contestants will be given a certificate with an award. An awards ceremony and tasting dinner will be held on April 25.
