  • 2 eggs (as prepared egg-only omelet or scrambled eggs)
  • 3 scallions
  • 2 slices of Alaska cold smoked salmon
  • 3 teaspoons of Alaska salmon roe (red caviar)
  • juice of 1/2 lime


  1. Step 1 Cook the eggs

    Prepare your eggs as either an egg-only omelet or as scrambled eggs.

  2. Step 2 Assemble the bowl

    Place lettuce leaves in the bowl. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top of the lettuce. Add diced scallions and the cooked eggs. Place the Alaska cold smoked salmon slices on top. Add pepper and salmon roe. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.
