ASMI worked with consumer research firm Circana to pull together updated data detailing seafood preferences at retail.

8 in 10 consumers are motivated to purchase seafood when they see the word ‘Alaska’ or when they see the Alaska Seafood logo.

Among Circana’s findings, 8 in 10 consumers are motivated to purchase seafood when they see the word ‘Alaska’ or when they see the Alaska Seafood logo and 78% say they would pay more if they saw the Alaska Seafood logo displayed.

The report highlights data points that can be utilized across the industry to show consumer preferences and trends for Alaska seafood.
