In addition to being available online, three recipes will stream on Alaska Airlines in-flight entertainment system, thanks to a partnership between Homemade and Alaska Airlines.

All videos will be on Homemade’s website and available on Youtube.

Here are eight recipes currently available:

  1. 15-Minute Wild Alaska Cod with Chili-Lime Butter (web link): Flaky Alaska cod is quickly air-fried until tender, then brushed with a bright chili-lime butter that melts into the fish for big flavor with minimal effort. Finished with citrus zest and warm spices, this fast, weeknight-friendly recipe delivers a perfect balance of richness, heat, and freshness in just 15 minutes.two hands pull apart a fish stick.
  2. Classic Milanese with Wild Alaska Flounder and Punchy Celery Slaw (web link): Crispy, shallow-fried Alaska flounder cutlets are served with a punchy celery slaw for a lighter, brighter take on the classic Milanese.
  3. Lemony Alaska Crab Chowder (web link): A bright, modern take on chowder that celebrates the delicate sweetness of Alaska Bairdi crab. A lighter base of milk and stock keeps it fresh, while tender potatoes and your choice of fennel or celery add gentle depth.
  4. Air Fryer Rockfish with Lemon-Basil Orzo (web link): Tender air-fried Wild Alaska rockfish gets paired with a rich and silky lemon-basil orzo for a fresh, comforting dinner that feels a little elevated without much effort. The fish stays light and flaky with a simple seasoning blend, while the creamy orzo brings brightness from lemon and fresh basil.
  5. Phyllo Tartlets with Asparagus and Wild Alaska Surimi (web link): These crispy phyllo tartlets are filled with a creamy, lemony surimi mixture and finished with tender asparagus. Surimi (often labeled imitation crab) is a mild, flaky seafood made from real wild Alaska white fish, making it an easy, affordable way to get that sweet crab-like flavor without the fuss. A perfect spring appetizer for brunches, showers, and any gathering that calls for a bite-sized “wow.”

  6. Wild Alaska Butter Salmon (web link): Roasted tandoori-spiced salmon gets tossed in a creamy, tomato-forward sauce with ginger, garlic, and warm spices. It’s rich but nourishing, cozy, and weeknight-friendly with minimal fuss.
  7. Al Pastor Wild Alaska Halibut Tacos (web link): Charred, citrusy, and just a little sticky, these tacos take everything you love about al pastor and give it a lighter, weeknight-friendly seafood spin. Instead of soaking dried chiles and building a traditional adobo, gochujang steps in as the shortcut hero—bringing heat, depth, and a touch of sweetness in one scoop. It clings to the halibut, which cooks quickly over high heat, picking up those caramelized edges you want. Toss with jammy, charred pineapple and you’ve got that signature sweet-savory contrast, no trompo required.
  8. Baked Alaska Sablefish with Crispy Breadcrumbs and Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad (web link): This method for cooking sablefish leaves the fish tender and silky, blanketed by deeply golden garlicky breadcrumbs. Sablefish is naturally buttery and rich, so you can treat it really simply for an easy, refined dinner that feels special without being fussy.
