Ingredients

  • 4 large salad leaves (butter lettuce or romaine work well)
  • 6 slices smoked Alaska wild salmon, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup herbed cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

    Cut the smoked Alaska salmon into small, bite-size pieces.
