Preparation

Step 1 Prepare the Salmon
- Preheat oven to 400°F using conventional bake (top and bottom heat).
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, and rosemary.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Rinse the frozen salmon fillets under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and brush both sides with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Step 2 Bake the Salmon
- Place the baking dish in the oven.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
