Success at Seafood Expo North America 2026
The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) had success at Seafood Expo North America 2026 in Boston, connecting with industry partners, buyers, and stakeholders from across the global seafood community.
This year also marked the debut of ASMI’s new booth, designed to better showcase the strength, quality, and sustainability of wild Alaska seafood while creating a welcoming space for collaboration and meaningful conversations between Alaska industry members and key markets.

A highlight of the week included the 100% Fish Roundtable, hosted by Sara Erickson and Thor Sigfusson, which sparked thoughtful discussion around full utilization and innovation within the seafood sector.
ASMI also hosted the annual Go Wild Reception, bringing together partners and industry leaders for an evening of celebration and connection. The event featured Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation’s Symphony of Seafood winners, whose products received outstanding feedback. We also celebrated generosity and leadership, as SeaShare Executive Director Hannah Lindoff recognized UniSea, Inc. President and CEO Tom Enlow for his charitable giving and continued commitment to the seafood community.

A sincere thank you to all of our sponsors who made this event possible: Trident Seafoods, Wild Alaskan Company, Alaskan Leader Seafoods, Silver Bay Seafoods, Copper River Seafoods, Alaska Air Cargo, Lynden, Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers, Premier Packing, Pacific Seafood, American Seafoods, and Seagrove Alaska, with special thanks to Seagrove Alaska for providing beautiful oysters for the event.
From productive meetings to memorable events, Seafood Expo North America once again proved to be an invaluable platform for strengthening relationships and elevating the global presence of wild Alaska seafood. ASMI extends its sincere thanks to all partners, sponsors, and attendees who made this year’s show a success.
