Day 0 – Wednesday, Nov. 5th
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Welcome Reception. ASMI’s Executive Director Jeremy Woodrow sets the scene for 2025 AHOD.
Day 1 – Thursday, Nov. 6th
8:00 AM – 8:20 AM: General Session. Opening remarks by ASMI BOD chair Richard Riggs, and welcomes from Senator Lisa Murkowski, Representative Nick Begich and Senator Dan Sullivan. Check out a clip of Senator Murkowski’s and Representative Begich’s remarks below.
8:20 AM – “Navigating Consumers Shifts at Retail” Research Report. Presented by Chris DuBois of Circana. This annual report gives invaluable insights into consumer behavior and attitude towards Alaska seafood. Watch fishermen in attendance tell you the biggest highlights from this year’s report.
10:30 AM – ASMI Program Reports. ASMI’s 4 operational program directors shared a high-level overview of what ASMI is doing and has done for the past year.

12:30 PM: McKinley Research Group Presentation. Data-driven insights from McKinley research group. McKinley presents annually at the conference, here is the 2025 presentation.
1:30 PM: Species Committee Meetings. Meeting for each fishery group help harvesters collaborate on building ASMI priorities for next year. See what highlights the committee chairs have from this year’s meeting.
Day 2 – Friday, Nov. 7th
8:00 AM: ASMI Committee Chair Reports. Read the responses to questions from each operational committee.
