Ingredients
For the Fish:
- 2 Alaska Pollock fillets (about 5-6 oz each)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs

- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Step 1 Prepare the Chips
1.) Cut the potatoes into French fry-style strips and toss them with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
2.) Preheat the air fryer to 320°F. Cook the fries for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
3.) Increase the temperature to 360°F and cook for an additional 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Step 2 Prepare the Fish
1.) Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
2.) Coat each Alaska Pollock fillet first in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
3.) Lightly spray the coated fillets with olive oil.
4.) Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the fillets in the basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
