Alaska Pollock Fish Stick Dips

Ingredients
- 12 to 16 frozen breaded Alaska pollock fish sticks (.75 to 1.0 oz. each)
Artichoke dip
- 1 small jar (5 oz.) marinated artichokes, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon capers
Plum vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 Tablespoons plum sauce
- 2 Tablespoons plum wine
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 Tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
Blue cheese dip
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Wasabi-citrus dipping sauce
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
Preparation

Step 1 Prepare Artichoke Dip
Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice in mini-food processor or blender, mix artichokes and mayonnaise until chunky. Add capers and lemon juice; pulse just a few seconds. Makes about 1 cup.

Step 2 Prepare Plum Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, hoisin, plum sauce/wine and ginger. Whisk in peanut oil. Stir in sesame oil, cilantro and mint. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3 Prepare Blue Cheese Dip
Whisk together all ingredients. Salt, to taste. Makes about 1 cup.

Step 4 Wasabi-Citrus Dipping Sauce
Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons wasabi paste. Whisk together all ingredients. Makes about 1-1/3 cups.

Step 5 Prepare Fish Sticks & Serve
Prepare breaded Alaska pollock fish sticks according to package directions; keep warm. Serve with dip(s) of choice.
