Over $1 Billion in Alaska Seafood Purchased by USDA in Two Decades

ASMI’s collaboration with the USDA has facilitated over $1 billion in Alaska seafood sales for domestic and international food aid programs, with an operational cost of less than $6 million over 20 years.

Key species in these programs include wild Alaska pollock, pink and sockeye salmon, and rockfish.
