Influencer-Led Campaign in France Showcases Alaska Yellowfin Sole
In March 2026, ASMI launched an influencer-led campaign in France to showcase Alaska Yellowfin Sole.
ASMI partnered with well-known French influencer Hervé and the largest trader of Alaska Yellowfin Sole in France Cité Marine to showcase the versatility and deliciousness of Alaska Yellowfin Sole in the French market.
1 Million Followers and Integrated Retail Approach
Hervé launched one of France’s first cooking channels in 2007 and is known for his social media presence and YouTube Channel. He shares easy, fast, and accessible recipes, ranging from traditional French cuisine to international dishes, for both beginners and experienced cooks.
He has over one million followers on YouTube and nearly a million followers on Instagram. To further increase impact, branded packs featuring stickers and QR codes linking to Hervé’s content will roll out across French retailers, with up to 95,000 units planned.
Additional visibility will be driven through advertising in six leading consumer magazines highlighting the campaign.
Recipes to Tantalize Tastebuds
To showcase Alaska Yellowfin Sole, Hervé created two, spring inspired recipes:
Crispy Rice Thai Sole Salad – This recipe uses lightly breaded Alaska Sole, crispy rice, and a light sesame dressing that balances freshness, crunch, and melt-in-the-mouth tenderness.

Lemony Flounder Tacos – These tacos welcome in warmer weather with Alaska Flounder paired with crunchy veggies and a lemon-yogurt sauce.
