Mori then hosted a cooking demonstration and tasting of 100% Alaska pollock surimi at Supermarket Yaoko – a popular market chain in Japan known for fresh ingredients with over 200 units. The product showcased carries the Alaska seafood logo – providing consumers with a firsthand opportunity to experience the product and learn about Alaska surimi’s versatility and quality.
