Roe Handling Placards in English, Spanish, and Tagalog

Because roe products are a “ready-to-eat” food, careful steps must be taken to ensure the product does not become contaminated. Special “Reminder” placards highlighting sanitation practices were created in English, Spanish and Tagalog. The placards are suitable for hanging in the roe room or other locations in the plant. Place cards may be printed in two sizes 8.5×11 and 11×17. Protecting the high value of roe products in the marketplace includes taking extra care to ensure our products are absolutely safe and high quality.
