Japan Collaboration with Sogo-Seibu Higashi-Totsuka

ASMI Japan is planning to conduct a tie-up promotion with Sogo-Seibu Department store in Higashi-Totsuka, Kanagawa to promote Alaska seafood. This is a mixed activity which combines a cooking demonstration and sales promotions.
The first activity will be a cooking presentation at the department store’s seafood section. ASMI Japan will send cooking specialist Keita Inoue to demonstrate how to cook quick and easy recipes with Alaska seafood including sockeye salmon, Alaska Pollack roe, and salmon roe. Keita is going to conduct 2 cooking demonstrations on March 18th, targeting approximately 80 attendees.
1st session: 12:00 to 12:30
2nd session: 15:00 to 15:30
ASMI Japan will also send one demonstration staff (at a time) over a five-day period, 09:30 – 18:00 each day, to promote sales of Alaska seafood including sockeye salmon, Pacific cod, snow crab, salmon roe, Alaska Pollack roe, and black cod. In addition, Sogo-Seibu Department Store is focusing on sustainability as part of its CSR efforts, and therefore Alaska Seafood’s sustainability will be promoted through Sogo-Seibu’s media channels.
