ASMI will attend Great American Seafood Cook-Off (GASCO) on August 6 in New Orleans. The highly anticipated annual event brings together top chefs from around the nation to compete for the title of Queen/King of Seafood by preparing dishes featuring seafood from their home state. Endorsed by Lt. Governor Kevin Meyer, Chef Amara of Brava Foods and Sous Chef Christine Southall will represent the state of Alaska.
