ASMI Domestic team will be introducing 5 renowned chefs from across the United States to Alaska’s vibrant seafood industry, offering firsthand experiences like harvesting crab, fishing and preparing freshly caught fish. Each day will showcase Alaska’s rich seafood bounty and educate chefs on sustainable fishing practices, and the variety of species Alaska’s waters have to offer.
