The 33rd Toray Pan-Pacific Open Tennis Tournament is going to be held in Odaiba, Tokyo, from September 18th – 25th, 2016. SIDAX company will be in charge of operating food-related businesses at the event and ASMI Japan will be collaborating with them. There will be two ASMI-related promotions. One is a food truck targeting general visitors and another is a premium restaurant, targeting VIP guests. Chef Sugiura, who is an executive chef at Patinestella restaurant, will be developing special recipes for these two food outlets (Alaska Sushi box for the kitchen car, a 6-course menu for the VIP restaurant) using Alaska seafood, including sockeye salmon, sockeye salmon roe, and king crab.
