ASMI Japan is going to collaborate with Salvatore Cuomo, an Italian restaurant chain, to conduct an Alaska Seafood fair with their 70 outlets across Japan.
Executive Chef Konishi will be developing special recipes for this fair using Alaska seafood. There will be 4 to 5 dishes (pizzas and pastas) using Pacific Cod, smoked sockeye salmon, salmon roe and snow crab, served as original recipes. The fair will take place from October 20th through December 11th, 2016.
ASMI Japan will support by providing POS materials, i.e., menus, posters and Alaska seafood samples. In addition, advertorials will be featured in the November issue of trendy lifestyle magazine Tokyo Calendar (main reader demographic = working professionals aged 30s-40s) including general Alaska seafood information and the Alaska Seafood fair at Salvatore Cuomo. The November issue is out on October 21st.
