ASMI Japan: Sogo-Seibu promotion with chef, Ryuta Kijima

A promotion with Sogo-Seibu department store in Chiba City will feature a cooking demonstration and sales promotion. Famed Japanese chef, Ryuta Kijima, who is an Alaska Seafood chef ambassador will demonstrate how to cook recipes featuring sockeye salmon and pollock roe. Additionally, demonstration staff will showcase sockeye salmon, Pacific cod, snow crab, salmon roe, pollock roe and black cod and highlight sustainable aspects of Alaska seafood.
