Radish Boya is the largest mail order-based food retailer specializing in high quality foods (mainly organic foods) founded in May, 1988. There are approximately 214,000 household members (as of March, 2018) nationwide in Japan. ASMI Japan will work with Radish Boya to promote Alaska seafood to their members (Consumers) through their network.
ASMI Japan will produce special flyers, and release news articles which include Alaska seafood information and Alaska seafood recipes to deliver them to the members. On this occasion Radish Boya will be featuring on sockeye salmon, Alaska Pollock fillet and black cod. ASMI Japan will support developing Alaska Pollock recipes.
The Alaska seafood fair will be started delivering from the first week of November and consumers may start placing orders from the next week.
