Alaska Bussan (Trading company of Alaska products including seafood) will be conducting a series of educational seminars at a Farmer’s market in Omote-Sando, Tokyo Japan. Alaska seafood and organic vegetables will be used for the seminars, and Ms. Sayaka Oka, an influential nutritionist, as well as professional Yoga trainer, is inventing recipes and presenting them to the participants. Contents: Ms. Sayaka Oka will be giving a lecture about the modern diet, how to boost immunity.
She will use wild, natural and sustainable Alaska seafood, e.g., chum Salmon, sockeye salmon, several raw products, and organic vegetables with herbs and spices.
Approximately 20 people will attend each time, therefore, 120 participants are expected to attend in total. ASMI Japan will support by providing POS materials as well as Alaska seafood samples to promote Alaska seafood among the participants.
