ASMI Japan will be supporting the event and seminar in collaboration with Bio Market as follows.
1. BIO party in Hiroshima
Date: November 16th, 2018
Place: Le Rave in Hiroshima, Hiroshima-Pref.
This is an annual event towards for Bio Market members, which includes tasting of Bio Market products including Alaska seafood, presentation by the producers and opportunity for members to mingle and network. ASMI Japan will showcase wild, natural and sustainable Alaska seafood.
2. Alaska Seafood Tasting Seminar
Date: November 19th, 2018
Place: Yamaju restaurant, Biwako, Shiga Pref.
Approximately 30 Bio Market VIP members are invited to Yamaju restaurant to taste Alaska seafood. Recipes using herring roe, pacific cod and sockeye salmon will be developed and presented by the executive chef. ASMI Japan will explain about sustainability of Alaska seafood and Alaska’s rich natural environment.
