ASMI China: New Oriental Culinary School Training Program

New Oriental Culinary School has 32 campuses across the country and ASMI China has cooperated with New Oriented Culinary School at their campus in Dalian, Beijing, Xi’an, etc in the past few years. New Oriental Culinary School has a strong teaching force aimed to foster chefs who have the capability of running a restaurant. The school has trained thousands of excellent cooks who work in a variety of restaurants and hotels. This year, ASMI China will cooperate with New Oriental Culinary School in Shanghai again to launch a training program from September 4th to September 8th. 300 students will attend the one-week Alaska seafood cooking class. During the program, a special course will be developed and operated. A lecture on theory and an on-site cooking training will be included in this course, providing trainees the opportunity to learn the general idea of the features, storage and cooking methods of Alaska seafood. They will also have the chance to cook high-quality Alaska seafood on their own under the instructions of experienced teachers. It is expected that through the one-week-long training course students will learn general knowledge of Alaska seafood increasing their likelihood of using Alaska seafood in the future.
