Sirha 2018 Brazil

|ASMI will secure a 12 sqm booth at the Sirha 2018 show which will take place in São Paulo from March 14 to 16, 2018. Internationally renowned in the HRI sector, this is the third edition of the show in Brazil, the first edition in São Paulo, targeting key professionals and influencers for the segment, with suppliers, importers and distributors for foodservice and hospitality exhibiting at the event. ASMI’s participation in the show includes a sponsorship of Bocuse D’or contest, the winner of which will win the title of Brazilian representative at the Americas Selective in 2018. The candidates will compete with both meat and seafood-based dishes, in which the latter will use Alaska wild sockeye salmon as the main ingredient. ASMI will supply products for testing to the candidates and for the contest. Candidates and Bocuse D’or Committee members (formed by well-known local and foreign chefs) will be educated on the Alaska seafood wild, natural and sustainable characteristics, health benefits and recommended steps to cook, fillet and handle HG Alaska sockeye salmon and other species. ASMI will also coordinate with local trade and foodservice suppliers of Alaska Seafood products to exhibit at the show.
