Add these adorable smoked Alaska salmon roses to your Galentine's Day get-together menu to make sure the girlies feel extra celebrated! 🌹🐟

Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, chives, & pepper.
Spread on puff pastry (cut into 6 strips). Add salmon.
Fold & roll into roses.
Bake in a muffin tin at 400°F for 30 min (cover halfway to prevent browning).

One pan, 30 minutes, total flavor! 🤌

This smoky Alaska pollock & gnocchi skillet meal is the perfect easy weeknight dinner to bash those winter blues and share with your favorite person. 💕 

Mix sour cream + smoked paprika, set aside. Prep pollock fillets with lemon zest + juice.
Sauté pollock in olive oil (5-7 min), season, and set aside.
Cook gnocchi until golden. Add grilled peppers, tomatoes, and spring onions. Season.
Return pollock to the pan, cover, and rest for 5 min.
Serve with smoky paprika sour cream on top!

One of our favorite healthy twists, a flatbread with Alaska smoked salmon, avocado and pesto 👀

Ingredients:
6 slices of Alaska smoked salmon
1 ready-made pizza dough
1 red onion
1⁄2 avocado
Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. of pesto
2 tbsp. crème fraîche
1 handful of mushrooms
A handful of arugula

Steps:
1️⃣In a bowl, mix the pesto and crème fraîche. Cut the onion and mushrooms into thin strips and the smoked salmon into small pieces.
2️⃣ Roll out the pizza dough and top with the pesto mix, salmon, onions, and mushrooms. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 375°F.
3️⃣After baking, top with sliced avocado, balsamic vinegar and arugula.
