Keep this guide handy when creating your recipes this season for the most flavorful and nutritious ingredients for this time of year. ❄️🧣

Perfect for a fresh start to the year, this burger features a crispy potato hashbrown, or rösti, with flaky Alaska pollock patty and zesty guacamole 🥑

You'll need:
3 Alaska pollock
3 potatoes, peeled and grated
1 brown onion, grated
2 garlic cloves
4 whole eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon potato seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper
½ avocado
½ red onion
½ lemon juice
1 teaspoon Mexican spices

Plus, a burger bun, and your favorite toppings (we reccommend some lettuce, tomato, and red onion rings 😋)!

1️⃣Cook your Alaska pollock in a frying pan for ~5 min per side, then crumble with a fork.
2️⃣Mix the grated potatoes and brown onion, pollock, garlic, flour, potato seasoning, and eggs together in a large bowl.
3️⃣Shape the micxture into patties and cook in a pan for ~6 min per side.
4️⃣Mash avocado, red onion, lemon juice and spices together to make the guac.
5️⃣Stack the guac, rösti, and any other toppings you like together on a bun and enjoy!
