SIZE & SPECS

Alaska Pollock is the largest fishery in the United States by volume and the second largest fishery in the world. Alaska Pollock is a member of the cod family and shares many of the same attributes. It is different than Atlantic pollack, which is a darker, oilier fish. Average weight is 1.5 to 2 pounds.
