The retail program works with chefs, home economists, quality experts and key industry influencers to stay on top of the latest seafood and preparation trends. This knowledge is translated into a wide variety of consumer point-of-sale items and retail sales aids: recipe leaflets and brochures, on-packs, posters, channel and case signs, instructional videos, photography, informative websites and nutritional information. Materials are made available to all Alaska seafood industry members when developing retail promotions as well as to retailers across the country for use in-store and during events that promote Alaska seafood.
