Al Burch samples some of the competing entries at the Alaska Symphony of Seafood Gala Soiree and Awards Ceremony in Anchorage. Al Burch is an ASMI "Plank Owner," having been involved with the organization since its inception. He is a member of the ASMI Whitefish Committee and is also a member of the Board of Director of Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation, the organization that coordinates the Symphony
