Charley's Grilled Subs® On April 18, 185 Charley's Grilled Subs kicked off an eight-week "It's Wild" promotion featuring an Alaska Grilled Salmon Sub. From the cold, pure waters of Alaska, Charley's delivers wild Alaska Salmon fresh off the grill with Charley's special recipe sauce, lettuce and tomatoes on an Italian bun. Charley's teamed up with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) for this promotion. "Charley's is committed to providing delicious, high-quality, healthy food to our customers, which is exactly why we selected wild Alaska Salmon for the promotion," says Betsy Berman, Marketing Director of Charley's Grilled Subs. "Additionally, ASMI's brand and promotional support helped generate excitement for the promotion with our staff and our customers." The "Alaska Grilled Salmon Sub It's Wild!" promotion offers a premium menu item that appeals to Charley's health-conscious customers. The chain provides today's health-conscious and taste-loving consumers with a healthy alternative among other short order restaurants. During the promotion, patrons will receive free samples of the Alaska Grilled Salmon Sub. To further generate excitement, Charley's is holding a sales incentive contest that awards its employees. Prizes range from Old Navy gift certificates to iPodâ players. The promotion will also be supported by in-store point-of-purchase materials, handouts, banners, and window graphics. The majority of the 243 Charley's locations are in regional malls across the United States. Charley's also runs operations in 53 Army & Air Force Military bases, 10 international airports, and strip centers in 39 states, Canada, Japan, Korea, Germany, and Italy. ### |
