Arnies Restaurants to Launch "Hook a Halibut" Alaska Seafood Promotion, which will Run from March 14 - May 9, 2003

JUNEAU, AK (March 2, 2003) - Arnies fine-dining restaurants, with locations in Mukilteo and Edmonds, WA, will kick off a nine-week Alaska Seafood promotion called "Hook a Halibut."

The promotion will entail the addition of six new Alaska Halibut menu items as well as print advertising in regional newspapers and a $10 gift certificate that's good for a second halibut entrée during the first two weeks of the promotion. The six fresh Halibut items that Chef Rob Davis decided to feature on the menu include Alaska Halibut Ceviche Won Ton Tower, Cedar Planked Roasted Alaska Halibut, Alaska Halibut with Lemon Cashew Nut Crust, Arnies' Halibut Oscar, Grilled Halibut and Beefsteak Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Alaska Halibut Cheeks with Dungeness Crab.

The first Arnies was built in 1979 in Mukilteo, Washington. The restaurant has sweeping views of the Puget Sound, Whidbey and Camano Islands, and Mt. Baker. The second Arnies was built in 1981 and is located on the Edmonds waterfront with spectacular views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
