ASMI Partners with the University of North Dakota

ASMI Foodservice Manager, Karl Johan Uri and Executive Chef Greg Gefroh from the University of North Dakota spoke to students in the newly remodeled Wilkerson Commons on November 2, 2016 in Grand Forks, ND. Students dined on Alaska snow crab, salmon, sole/flounder and surimi seafood. During the dining period Chef Gefroh presented a cooking demonstration while Karl Johan Uri spoke to the students about sustainable seafood, harvest methods and the benefits of a seafood rich diet. The students loved the food and the presentation, each year this is one of the highest rated dining experiences on campus. The University of North Dakota has an enrollment of 14,000 students.
