Fish On the Brain?
According to a recent Swedish study, eating fish at least once a week can lead to a higher IQ score. Published in the March issue of Acta Paediatrica, a study of 3,972 fifteen-year-old boys found that those who ate fish once a week saw an average increase of six percent in their verbal and visuospatial intelligence scores. Those who consumed fish more than once a week saw their scores increase by almost 11 percent.
