P.F. Chang's adds some flare to their menu with grilled wild Alaska salmon.
A delicious new menu item rolled onto the P.F. Chang's China Bistro scene in February – Citrus Soy Wild Salmon. This is one of several items on their new Chinese Grill Menu. The dish is seasoned with lemon Wasabi oil, grilled and topped with a citrus soy sauce with steamed rice. And the main ingredient, of course, is line-caught wild salmon fresh from the pristine, natural waters of Alaska.
