Good Housekeeping, March 2006
The March 2006 issue of Good Housekeeping magazine features "Feeling Fishy About Fish," an article that addresses the issue of mercury pollution in fish. The magazine warns readers not to swear off seafood but rather, to get picky about their poisson, stating, "You may be tempted to avoid seafood completely - but don't. It's packed with protein and other nutrients. And oily fish - like salmon, mackerel and sardines - is a rich source of good-for-you omega-3 fatty acids, which are in short supply in most diets."

Good Housekeeping goes on to say, "From a personal health standpoint, you can still reduce your exposure to PCBs by choosing wild salmon (including canned salmon, which is usually wild.)"

With over three million subscribers, it is estimated that one in five American women reads Good Housekeeping magazine each month. Their readers tend to be influential, brand loyal, and value driven.
