Gastronomy, Inc. Runs Wild Alaska Halibut Promotion
Gastronomy Restaurants, Inc., a progressive collection of fine dining restaurants, located in Salt Lake City, Utah and the surrounding areas, is currently featuring a fresh, Wild Alaska Halibut promotion. As part of the promotion, Gastronomy is utilizing the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute's (ASMI) Wild Alaska Halibut posters in their restaurants. As well, Gastronomy servers and chefs are wearing "Wild Alaska Halibut, What a Catch!" tags and using "Wild" and "Alaska" as verbal descriptors. Gastronomy created Wild Alaska Halibut signs for their delivery vans and in-house tabletents featuring the ASMI logo.

Latest Research Reveals Powerful Evidence for Menuing Alaska
In their continuing effort to partner with foodservice operators and provide them with the tools necessary to respond to the changing needs and desires of their patrons, the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) offers up the latest research in consumer trends data. In the spirit of this partnership, ASMI retained the services of The Hale Group, a strategic management consulting firm dedicated to serving the food system. The Hale Group recently conducted a research study investigating Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and casual chain restaurant customers' attitudes, behaviors and preferences relative to Alaska Seafood versus other sources and brands.
