New Promotional Materials Help Operators Drive Seafood Sales
The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) has developed new promotional materials to help foodservice operators showcase Alaska Seafood's all-natural, superior flavor, along with its versatility.

From Mexican to Mediterranean and Vietnamese, there is an endless list of consumer flavor demands for operators to meet. Therefore, ASMI has developed a themed promotion called, "Alaska Seafood: FLAVOR As Big As All Outdoors." The promotional materials are designed to help educate patrons about the natural flavor profile of Alaska Seafood, regardless of whether operators are serving Alaska Halibut, Alaska Salmon or Alaska Dungeness Crab with additional flavorings or without.

ASMI's promotional materials offer a vintage design with rich, deep colors that are representative of the big, delicious flavors found in Alaska Seafood. The promotional package includes posters, table tents, waitstaff buttons and menu shells.
