The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute Releases New Recipe Book

July 16, 2008 - The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) announces the latest addition to their culinary library with a new resource for industry professionals - the new recipe book Menu Essentials. Menu Essentials provides operators with new ways to menu Alaska seafood with creative soups, sandwiches, salads, and small bites. Coupled with stunning photography from acclaimed San Francisco photographer Noel Barnhurst, dishes include Pistachio Crusted Alaska Halibut Kebobs, and Alaska Cod Torta.
