Wild Watch: Sunset Magazine, December 2004
Issue
********************************
The December issue of Sunset magazine features the article "Simple
glaze for salmon" by Marcia Smart. Smart discusses how simple and
easy it is to dress up salmon for the holidays. A recipe is given for
Soy-Glazed Salmon with the following notes at the start of the recipe:
"We like to use wild Pacific salmon. It has a richer flavor than
farmed salmon, doesn't require chemical color additives and antibiotics,
and is environmentally friendly. The Alaska salmon fishery is especially
well managed, and the fish are abundant."
Sunset magazine is read by more than 1.5 million subscribers
